You can save a Gig File with the extension xml in Windows Explorer or Mac Finder.
Then you can load that xml-file into Excel
Here you see the name of the used plugins
And here you see the name of the rackspace
In Excel now you can search for your plugin
Better you can copy the 2 columns and paste in an additional sheet
