I understand. I deleted the code that may be creating the Race condition, as I only wrote it to be able to
us the RefreshWidgetsMappedToPlugin() Function based on a timer.

I also moved all the code using timers to the Global Rackspace and fixed all the stuff that I broke by
doing that. I will test further this weekend.

Here is how the code looks now that it is only in the Global Rack Space. Thanks for the advice.

After removing the code that I think was creating the Race Condition, I have not been able to
reproduce the crash, and believe the issue to be resolved.
