You are the best! I installed Q-Dir in administrator mode and now drag & drop works perfectly. 
Great alternative until I get the problem fixed.
I have decided to reinstall Windows from scratch as soon as I have some free time because there is something wrong with my installation and I will only be at ease to play live when my system will be clean.
