Testing GP Relayer latency

I used your gig files in 2 instances, played some notes, recorded the result in the main instance. My system was set to 44.1khz 128 samples.
The result was a 0.003 second difference.
So, yes, Barely any latency.

There is no native Protools support (i.e. no AAX version), but it is possible with the DDMF Metaplugin:
