Just wondering about this as a stripped down clean installion for Gig Performer to run on a seperate partition. Has anyone tried it?

If I was on Windows I would give it a try. I’m using (and still learning) within a manufacturing production. More leightweight - but still Windows 
. I can’t provide any numbers, but it feels like it needs a little bit less care over the time (less updates/patches).
Wonder if you would be able to install all the new MIDI and audio enhancements?
Most likely they won’t be available in LTSC.
Might corrupt the setup. The GitHub pages warn against forced installing of the new stack on systems on non-dev-or-beta channels. You should wait for the official release. But LTSC doesn’t get these kind of updates, because it’s supposed to be Stable. I’m afraid you can’t have it both ways: LTSC and feature updates.
