Using Tracks In GP

I am trying to look at different ways to play tracks thru gig performer. If I use the built in programs AudioFile Player seems to work if I set the tempo in my DAW and not adjust it, Where this becomes a headache is when the band says they want to speed up the song, I have to go back to my DAW..readjust the tempo and is a real pain. If I use the streaming audio player, and it does not select the tempo correctly, you cannot edit the tempo. I am looking for the best of both words.

The band should decide the tempo before you finalize the tracks in your DAW :slight_smile:

Have you considered exporting the MIDI from your DAW and putting that in the MIDI file player? Send each channel to the appropriate VST.
