Hi. In the process of upgrading to a new mini windows 11 PC. I have 2 controller keyboards and i use a Steinberg UR24C as an interface. I also have a powered hub to connect the keyboards to the PC. They are a Nektar LX88+ and a Novation Impulse 61. I am using exactly the same set up as previously, just changing the laptop for a new PC. Thing is, i cannot get any midi signal from the Nektar lx88+ into Gig Performer. Same cable, same USB hub. Ive tried different ports on the PC. Makes no difference. It shows as greyed out in Rack Manager and i cannot get it to learn MIDI. I imported my saved Rig Manager from my old laptop and thought it should simply work once it was plugged in?
Its almost as though Windows isnt recognising midi info via the usb port. Or something is preventing from reaching GP.
Take a look at the midi ports in the options window of gig performer
Did you swap out the same exact cabling that works for the Novation and connect to the Nextar (exactly the same way)?
