I bought it in January 2020, so i have to pay close to 130 euro’s?

Hopefully there was some value that you got from GP3 for this past year and a half, but the upgrade price for you would not be 130 euros - not sure why do you think that . The link @rank13 sent clearly states that your upgrade price to GP4 is $119 or around 100 euros.

Sure. We understand that. I though the question was HOW to upgrade though. The answer is you download and install GP4 and get your GP4 upgrade license …
