Unplugged MIDI interface box

I have a new problem, I unplugged my midi interface box U6MIDI Pro from the usb port, when I plugged it back in, Gig 4 would not open because it could not see my Audio interface, what can I do?

First restart Windows.
Check cables.
Then check Audio Options in GP.

Others know more than me. USB connections often don’t work well if you disconnect/reconnect while the computer is running (“hotswapping”?).So, it if better is USB connections are properly made before the computer is started.
