Showing global rackspace plus normal rackspace together

Can someone explain how to have the Global Rackspace showing at the same time as the ‘normal rackspace’? I can’t find info regarding this in the manual. I see it done in the guitar rackspaces bundled with GP4. Sorry if I have missed something obvious.

Just click on the word “Global Rackspace” or the frame boundary at the bottom of the panels view.
