How do I reduce the number of output buses on a plugin? Like for example kontakt has a lot and I only use four of them how can i reduce the others to create more space to work with on my rackspace.?

You can set the max amount of audio channels to display for all plugins in the Options menu.
For most individual plugins, you can change the bus layout using the context menu:
For Kontakt, you can set the Max Audio Channels in the context menu also:
