Reducing the rackspaces

Hi I had one great Gigperformer File with all songs of the band for different shows.

How can I reduce the number of rackspaces to one „setlist = Show“

Is there a file , where I can see which rackspaces are not used. Or an index where I can see by each Rackspace where it is used?

May this is a standard question, but I have not found a threat for that.

Thanks for you help

When you load the gig file into a text editor you see something like this

<RACKSPACE name="Rackspace" uid="70bdc080cf6140bea338042684d737ee"

Now you can search for this string 70bdc080cf6140bea338042684d737ee

When this rackspace is used in a song you see something like this

<SONG_PART songPartName="Intro" overrideTime="0" bpm="120.0" sigNum="4"
                 sigDen="4" rackspace="0" rackspaceID="70bdc080cf6140bea338042684d737ee"
                 variation="0" midiOut="">

Wouldn’t you just use the “Create Gig from Setlist” menu option?

I would also go the way @rank13 outlined:

Keep a master gig file for the rehearsals with all of your bands, create a snapshot for the gigs based on the setlist with “Create Gig from Setlist”

This provides you some kind of backup and faster loading gig files when gigging
(or the possibility to develop band based gig files on its own)
