MIDI GUITAR 3 Expression pedal Setup

How to setup the expression pedal to control MIDI GUITAR 3?
GP5–>MG3–> Expression Pedal CC64
Using Expression Pedal CC64 to OFF / ON the Sustainer Freeze Chord
The Pedal itself is working yet MIDI GUITAR 3Sustainer is not reviving the signal.

Looks like you don’t have a Midi In Block connected to the midi input of Midi Guitar 3. No midi will be routed to MG without that

Even though MG3 creates MIDI after receiving guitar audio only? I still haven’t gotten MG3 to work in GP. It locks up when I get the message popups when opening the MG3 UI, and I have to reset my laptop by holding down its power switch until it shuts off. Then I can restart it. Frustrating. Have gone back to MG2 until that problem is solved.

That is frustrating…!
Tested MG2 for MIDI ONLY and basic piano patch stuff and it works good for non-bending sounds. Also it can go down to D1. However, It does not allow the use of expression pedal.

…well that’s the kinda sense that gets thing working…! ~ Thanks

Is MG3 out of beta testing? I messed with it a little while ago but it definitely had some stuff that wasn’t working fully

No, its still in Beta and probably will be for some time. IMO the project has taken on way more things than it should have which has bogged it down considerably.

I was having trouble figuring out if I was doing something wrong with that plugin or if it just didn’t work fully.

Impressive technology but definitely can use some UI optimization

Fortunately MG2 works well, so I’ll stick with that until such a time as I see a clear reason to switch.
