I’m full of all kinds of questions tonight. 
I’m trying to set a max value for a widget and I looked here for the answer: Widget Properties inspector (Edit mode)
The problem is that the image of the widget inspector in the manual is different from what I have. Mine doesn’t show the max/min values.

Are you using GP 3.8?

Click on the scale graph/image and it will pop-out the larger version that has the min/max selectors.
