License activation failed after updating to 3.6

After downloading GP 3.6 and installing over the previous version, it asks for the activation license. When I enter it, using the license I received Oct 20 email “Your Gig Performer 3.x for OS X Delivery Information” the authentication failed. Invalid product. How can I fix this?
