HI, can anyone help me. My Mac asked me to restart my computer during downloading Komplete 13. After installation and Komplete 13 works fine I loaded up gp4 as usual and its asked me for my licence key which it has never done before ( I do have paid for gp4) when I enter in my licence key it says invalid. what is happening ?

If not, please create a support ticket.
You’re using a key for GP3 rather than the key for GP4
