How to save and recall midi learned drawbarsets

In edit mode I made a rackpanel with 9 drawbars to control VB3II. The virtual drawbars are midi learned by a hardware drawbar controller HX3. That works great!

Now I need that rackpanel, including all midi learn settings, in various rackspaces with other rackpanels.
I know the possibility to save the rackpanel as a template.
But all the midi learned settings are lost when loading the template.

Do I have to learn the drawbars in every new rackpanel?
