Global Play stops on rackspace change

Global Play stops on rackspace change, is there a setting that Im missing somewhere that can tell GP to continue playback on a rackspace change.

I am using global play and it does not stop when I switch rackspaces.
Can you upload a small gig, so I could check what is going wrong?

Or maybe you are using the Audioplayer and you want it to play further when you switch a rackspace?

Well, to be honest I dont really know! I have a Gig setup that stops everytime I switch rackspaces. But I started a new GP session from scratch and It continues playing when I switch rackspace. So i moved on from there :slight_smile:

There is a limited number of things that can influence the global playhead.

  • GP Script command stops it when you activate a certain rackspace
  • You sent a MIDI or OSC command to stop it
  • You are using Ableton Link and the other device issued a stop command (and you have Sync Start/Stop with Ableton Link option enabled in preferences)

I can’t think of anything else from the top of my head so check to see if any of these apply.
