Every Plugin I have seems to have 3 formats - if I am sticking with VST3 - does it make sense to delete the AU and VST plugins? or is there a permanent way to make sure GP doesn’t load them at startup?
At startup of gig performer no action is taken to load plugins.
What are you talking about?
GP only loads plugins you are using. Don’t confuse the initial scanning of plugins with ongoing usage

I was referring more to having the list of plugins in the plugin manager - whenever I add new plugins -
When you delete the entry in the plugin manager and do another scan then they will be in again.
Better disable them
