Digital pops and clicks when using simultaneously with Ableton

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I am using gig performer as a headphone mixer to self monitor while tracking in Ableton. In the tracks I record, I hear digital pops and clicks printed, and only when I am running gig performer simultaneously. These pops and clicks go away immediately when I quit gig performer, and record without headphone monitoring in gig performer.

I am using an M2 chip Mac laptop, and my cpu usage in Ableton is under 20%. I have tried different buffer settings to see if that helps, but I have the same problem no matter the buffer size.

Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions out there?

What about your CPU usage in Gig Performer? And are you running GP natively or under Rosetta?
