Changing the preset does not update the GP buttons and switches

Hello,
I have a problem with the neural DSP plugins for guitar.
I mainly use the Mesa Boogie Mark IIC plugin and the Morgan Amp product.
When I build an GP interface for the Morgan plugin, open the plugin in a window and switch from one preset of the plugin to the next, all the knobs and switches update. If I do the same with the Mesa Boogie plugin from neural DSP nothing changes and the GP knobs and switches are not updated when switching presets.
Can someone please give me a hint why this happens.
Do you notice similar effects with other plugins?

First thing i would try, is to use a diffrent plugin from what you are actually using.
i.e. use VST instead of VST3 or vice versa.
It’s quite often that plugin’s behaviours vary between the available formats.

both neural DSP plugins are VST3 but they react different

As I said, I read about this kind of issue several times now.
You should report this issue also to Neural DSP support, so they know about it and can take care of it!
