I’m not able to update Gig Performer from version 3.5 to 3.6. I run the new installer fine, the computer asks to activate the licence, but the activation code doesn’t work. It says: “Activation failed. Invalid product.” If I uninstall and revert back to 3.5, everything works normally. It’s just that I can’t get 3.6 to work. What am I missing? Any chance to get some help with this?
Sorry about this issue. We’ve had a few days where the databases of our new and old licensing systems were not 100% synchronized. I’ve PMd you a new license code.
