Activate Gig Performer on a New PC (changing Hardware)

Hello,

I had Install Gig Performer on two PC´s. My older PC had become a new Mainboard / CPU so I format the Harddrive and install all programms new. Now I cannot aktivate Gig performer because the Licence belong to the old mainboard. Even after istall the Mainboard in another PC the Activation don´t work. How can I deaktivate the Licence for the old PC WITHOUT the Programm Gig performer (under Help deaktivate Licence). I don´t find anything online and no list with my activations, like it is standard for Arturia, Norton, Windows…

The normal procedure is to deactivate GIg Performer on the machine you are decommissioning first. On the Help menu there is a Deactivate option.

Yes after I format the harddrive I know this now. In my case the only way was to send the Gig Performer team, a message. Maybe this post help others to avoid this problem. Thanks for the Help.
